Good Stay
Absolutely brilliant stay, Jasneet was very good with us and helped us in check in and storing our bags. Asher was also friendly and this hotel has great staff which should be applauded. The rooms are ok but i will only come again because of the staff

Jasneet in the Lobby is a gentleman.
I had an absolute blast in this hotel with my wife. The rooms were very nice and my stay was very comfortable. I was offered free drinks while checking in by Jasneet as he signed me up as an Accor member completely free of charge. The owner of the hotel was there as well and I think he is known by Mr. Shah, he was very humble ad kind. Jasneet Singh is an asset to Mercure and I will surely visit again at this hotel because of the treatment received from this gentleman. God Bless.
Excellent customer service and check-in experience
Outstanding check-in experience from Monique and Jasneet. We asked for an alternative room to meet our needs and were immediately offered a choice of three different rooms. Monique and Jasneet were extremely professional, accommodating and listened to our concerns. We selected one of the three rooms which happened to be an upgrade which was great. We have experienced amazing customer service and cannot recommend Monique, Jasneet and the hotel highly enough. We will be back!
Great customer experience
MERCURE hotel was lovely but wanted a twin not a double. Sabrin was so helpful and accommodating and got my friend and I a room at no extra charge at their sister hotel, hotel indigo. Fantastic customer service and experience

Great hotel and location Jasneet was a great host and very helpful Very good hotel and comfortable. Most welcoming. Very well stocked bar and good restaurant next door. Very easy to get into the hotel and very easy to find the underground

I went there with my husband and it was brilliant. I have never had a better customer experience in any of the hotels before. Jasneet in the reception was great. I was offered free drinks and it was great. Monique was okay too.
Jasneet and Asher saved my life
The reception staff is great and saved my life. I came early in the morning and I had an injury in a place I wish nowhere gets hurt. Asher Ali and Jasneet singh were so helpful and guided me the way to the hospital which is nearby and offered me a free early check in. Not only this but they also calmed me down mentally and I felt better after talking with them. I will come here for a stay.

I would like to narrate an incident of 15th March 2023. I had landed at Heathrow around 8.30 pm by KLM flight from Amsterdam.On reaching the tube station i came to know there was a tube strike.There was lot of chaos at the Heathrow term 2&3 tube station. I then started calling UBER, local taxi services but to no avail. So i took HEATHROW EXPRESS and reached Paddington within 15 minutes.Then the nightmare began. ...
