We are a couple of italian men and we enjoyed very much the days that we spent at Mercure Paddington in London. The hotel is next to the eponymous station and many tube lines, including the newest Elizabeth line, than it’s really easy to get around the city and go hiking. Our room was really large and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied: we loved "Benedict eggs", freshly prepared! The restaurant is run by a very kind guy, always very helpful. We remember this boy with great pleasure. We can say the same about the entire staff at the hotel, they acknowledged all our requests and made our stay very comfortable, but we would like to spend a very special thank for Mrs Oltita: she has been amazingly kind, helpful and welcoming; we will never forget the treatment we received by her.
Excellent Location and Service for London
The staff was great, we arrived early from an overseas flight and too early for check-in, but the staff was really nice and helped us check-in early (which they didn't have to), they took care of us, amazing for arriving from a long flight! The hotel is in an excellent location by Paddington Station. The room was super clean and well worth it, great price for Summer in London prices. Amazing all around, we really appreciated the warm welcome and great service.

Spaciouss room and very convenient. Only issue is that being near to train station, you will hear train noises... no issue with me but maybe an issue with some.Otherwise very good especially if you need to hop into Heathrow Express from paddington station. Fantastic TV coverage available and can watch sports programme.

Perfect location
Staying in Mercure Hotel in Paddington is one of my best decision in my recent stay in London. It is literally just outside the train staion so easy access practically to everywhere. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are maintained well -very meticulously done! Comfortable beds and room equipped with AC. Lots of nearby restaurant and grocers. Perfect place for rapid transit. Bit pricy but all worth it. Highly recommended.
Hotel near Paddington Station
When traveling from Heathrow Airport to London, many people choose to use Paddington Station, but this hotel is right outside the station. I was able to arrive without the stress of pushing a carrier around, and they kept my luggage even after checking out on the last day, so I was able to make the most of the time, return to the hotel, pick up my luggage, and move to the airport right away. This alone is worth it.
