The reception is busy. However, Jasneet made the check-in to be seamless. Great experience at the counter. He even offered to give me advice on the best possible means to get around. Requested for early check-in. Request was accommodated.

Very nice ambience and very good staff especially Mr. Jasneet who was very warm and took care of us personally. The restaurant also has a large variety of food and the hotel is very close to the station.

Excellent choice for London
The location and facilities were perfect. Paddington Station is just 30 seconds away . Mr Ahmed at the reception was very courteous and gave us early check in. The staff at the desk were always helpful.The rooms were well equipped. The rooms even though small were perfect for a couple. If you are planning a visit to London, then this is the place to stay.

Amazing location, right next to the Paddington station, lovely staff, a quick less than a minute check-in, Ahmed was very helpful, helped us with our bags through til the room, the room was a good sized compared to what you see in London, breakfast was yumm, overall a nice experience, would definitely come back when I visit London

Jasneet and Ahmed at the receipt ion was so friendly and willing to help, good costumer service, 10 stars ⭐️ I would give both smiling guys., The environment was also very clean and neat. I was offered coffee, tea and cookies 🍪 all for free, they two guys made sure I checked in fast and quickly 👏👏👏, I will come back.

I have never had a better customer service ever in my life. Jasneet on the front desk is a gem of a person whose always ready to help. He’s a great talker and is very cool to talk to. I attended me very well and i must commend on this. The location of the hotel is good too
