Excellent hotel and staff
Asher and Jasneet at reception are best. Everything in the room is free, will come again. Best place in Paddington. Room service available. I arrived here for day use and relaxed. I would recommend everyone to visit!
Jasneet and Asher are good
Very welcoming staff, great service and wonderful location. Easy access to the underground and Hyde park. Great rooms, beautiful decoration and awesome breakfast service so you can fuel up for sightseeing all day

I came in afternoon with no booking and Jasneet made my new booking at very good price and I signed up for Accor membership and I got a free drink as well. Jasneet’s customer service was extraordinarily and I can’t thank him enough. Asher was very friendly too and I thank both of them for this.
Sabrin and Jasneet were very helpful
I booked a reservation by mistake for 30th Jan but the staff helped me with this problem and amended this problem free of cost. Sabrin was so kind to me and Jasneet was very friendly and I loved the experience

Hotel is very nice and perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much and Jasneet In the reception was great and i will come again because of him and tell my friends to come too. Room was nice and everything was good
Amazing service
I visited this hotel on a quick overnight stay as I had to travel the next day. Check in was extremely courteous by Tushin and Ashley. Room small, but ok for 1 night. Complimentary drinks appreciated. Can not comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early. I would stay again when stopping over in London.
Convenient location
Had a room on the 5th floor, it was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant attached was very nice. Asher in reception was extremely helpful and friendly. A real gem to have in the hotel. Would be happy to recommend to a friend

Great trip
Jasneet and Monique were wonderful and very helpful. Was able to quickly get my room and on my way. Had a great time. Hope to visit London again in the future. Can't wait to stay at this hotel or other sister hotels soon
