Outstanding value for money and comfort next door to Paddington Station
Hotel is is an exceptional location next to Paddington Station. Given this, it was very reasonably priced. I did not have high expectations going in, but after going from the small lobby and lift to my room, I was astonished at how large and comfortable it was. There were lots of nice touches too like free chocolates and refreshments provided. Being used to tiny rooms at terrible prices, this was five star value. Breakfast was provided in an adjoining restaurant and provided a large choice. Overall, this is going to be a regular choice for me as a place to stay going forward. I would like to say an extra word too on the friendly and efficient staff. Overall - highly recommended.
Very impressed
Normally stay @ the Hilton Paddington & the Mercure was just as good but cheaper. They let me in at least an hour early, gave me an upgrade without my asking. Comfortable bed, good shower & AC. Shiny clean. Very quiet. Staff very helpful- printed my boarding passes for me

Good location for the Elizabeth line. Close to bars, pubs and restaurants. Good a/c. Friendly check in lady who helped when something was missing.

Amazing amazing service by Jasneet, he is a lovely guy and was great talking to him. He upgraded us and took very good care of us and my daughter liked him alot too haha. very good location and nice food also

My stay was great and I had a lot of fun. My stay was even better because of Jasneet Singh in reception as he upgraded us and gave bfk inclusive. He was very nice to us and he is probably the best hotel managers I have ever seen in my life and I have been travelling for 25 years
Great London Hotel
What a great location. Friendly helpful staff. Mr Witek was amazing, so helpful like having a caring uncle on hand. My bathroom has a bath, with shower over and that might not suit everyone. Paddington station so close, as were buses. Nice wee bar.
