Excellent hotel
We were really well received here by everyone, mainly by Jasneet. Really great service, great location, with so many restaurants and a underground near. Really great room, really clean and comfortable.
Great stay at this hotel
I had a great stay the location is perfect and staff is very nice, Jasneet was great and I will come again. the rooms were nice and housekeeping looked after me as well and fulfilled my demands. Indeed a good decision to stay here
Amazing experience
I had one of the best stays ever. The location is perfect and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast was good at the restaurant and staff was extremely professional, Jasneet Singh in reception was very cool and I'll come again soon.
Quick trip to London
Quite and comfy room. Friendly staff and good food at moderate cost. Mini bar but okay with a referral to a sister hotel near by. Excellent location, easy access to transport. Stayed here a number of times and will stay here when next I visit London.
Great welcome!
Great service on checking in. Can't ask for better. Very friendly and welcoming by Jasneet and Tobi. Great start to the stay! Room is quiet and hotel is within very easy reach to Paddington Station and tube lines. Will stay again next time for a London trip.
Jasneet is amazing
Great location, easy to get to from Heathrow airport. Excellent service from Jasneet in reception when we arrived early after traveling from New Zealand. Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, good choice for a few nights in Lo don for a family of four.

Good location in London! just next to Paddington station, very convenience. Excellent and efficient service ! Jasneet was super helpful and kind with a big smile. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended. I will come again soon and relax my vacation

The reception is busy. However, Jasneet made the check-in to be seamless. Great experience at the counter. He even offered to give me advice on the best possible means to get around. Requested for early check-in. Request was accommodated.

Jasneet is brilliant and he helped us out very well indeed very happy we are too so we will come back and have a lovely time here agains so yes please stay here it's fantastic and we love it all very much
