Stay was good. Had an early check in Mohammed and Julia were Amazing. Also Charbeo who assisted my family’s luggage was very kind. Recommended!!

Very welcoming from the first moment and attentive staff.Spacious comfortable clean rooms and help available at any time.We were delighted and plan to return next month,it was a pleasure to be there. NO stress or worries about anything and pleased to see the efforts to save electricity and promote recycling.Very convenient luggage minding service.We will return it was a most enjoyable stay.

Best hotel in London. All the staff are amazing and so pleasant to deal with. The location is perfect you have the underground and the trains less than 2 mins from the hotel , the area has loads of restaurants and little shops too. We can’t wait to come back and stay here.I hope you realise how much of an amazing team you have they are all a credit to the hotel. A special mention to the Lady on reception and the house keeping manager who looked after us with an early check in on arrival we were so grateful as we arrived quite early

Claudiu, Zack and Julia were extremely professional and the service provided was exceptional. I can’t thank them all enough for going above and beyond for me during my visit. Really, really impressed.
