Overnight stay in London due to rail strike

The staff at this hotel are fantastic, nothing is too much for them. They are all engaging and ready to assist with any enquiry. The hotel itself is situated extremely near to Paddington Station so fantastic for travelling onwards. The room are well kept. The only slight downside is the building work nearby which stops at about 4pm and restarts at 8am - so not too good if you have a room over looking them and are looking for a lie in. Luckily we were not so it did not cause us a problem at all.

Good location, wood use again.

Great place for getting in and out of London centre. Good clean hotel, staff were very helpful, especially Sabrina. The building works out the back of the hotel sometimes noisy during the day.
Would stay again.
Breakfast at F&B next door as part of the booking was fine.

This was just an overnight trip, but found this hotel to be really good. It is a stones throw away from Paddington station. The room was small but to a really good standard. Definitely a 4 star. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The room was extremely clean. A quick mention to Sabrina, who was on the front desk. She was excellent. Very helpful and welcoming. Great personality and a real asset to the company. Would certainly recommend this hotel if you staying in Central London

We stayed here on the evening of 5th June 2022.
Check in was quick & the wonderful staff were very accommodating & helpful with our request for a quiet room away from the construction at the rear of the building.
Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the shower was nice & hot.
Nice touches such as complimentary soft drinks in the room were appreciated.
A wonderful little hotel right by Paddington station.
Excellent👍

If you have a query....Sabrin is the lady to ask. NOTHING is too much for this lady! It is always handy to know who can give correct and concise advice.....and literally show you where you need to go or be.

We had to wait for our room. However, the staff were excellent and provided coffee/tea and checked on us regularly. When the room was ready they gave us a complimentary drink in the bar.

Stayed here on several occasions at the end of our trips to UK as we can just wheel our cases out the front door and a 100 metres you are in Paddington station and on the Heathrow express. Having stayed before and having a lot of luggage this time I did make sure I booked a king room (212). Plenty of room here. Is on front of praed st but double glazed windows kept noise out even though we were there Saturday and Sunday nights. Our experience with their customer service was very good and have to agree with previous reviewer who mentioned the tall Bulgarian he was super helpful to ourselves and everyone else I saw him deal with. Would stay again but definitely in a king room.
