Amazing location, right next to the Paddington station, lovely staff, a quick less than a minute check-in, Ahmed was very helpful, helped us with our bags through til the room, the room was a good sized compared to what you see in London, breakfast was yumm, overall a nice experience, would definitely come back when I visit London

Jasneet and Ahmed at the receipt ion was so friendly and willing to help, good costumer service, 10 stars ⭐️ I would give both smiling guys., The environment was also very clean and neat. I was offered coffee, tea and cookies 🍪 all for free, they two guys made sure I checked in fast and quickly 👏👏👏, I will come back.

I have never had a better customer service ever in my life. Jasneet on the front desk is a gem of a person whose always ready to help. He’s a great talker and is very cool to talk to. I attended me very well and i must commend on this. The location of the hotel is good too
Marvellous treatment from Asher and Jasneet
Cheers to London Mercure Paddington for treating me like a family. I came here for a business trip and stayed there. On arrival Asher stored my luggage and told me to wait in lobby as rooms were not ready. He offered me coffee and snacks and made me really comfy as I was going through some tough time. Later Jasneet Singh helped me to get a room in no time. The room smelt nice and fresh. It was a pleasant stay.
The Staff Deserve 10 Stars!
The staff at the Mercure are a joy! We had a bit of trouble with our room, and Sabine not only found us another room, but Roxana moved our luggage personally while we were out. Roxana was a joy from the very first day. We chatted about places to visit while she poured my wine (they have a great little bar in the lobby), and she is always cheerful and personable. I couldn't ask for a more lovely person to say hi to at the end of our day. The night manager (I've forgotten his name as I write this, but the initials are A.P.) was instrumental in offering suggestions for walking tours. He suggested Little Venice, and my son was so enamored we went back twice! All in all, you could not ask for nicer staff at the Mercure Paddington!
Just Wow
I had a solo trip to London and I stayed at this hotel and I’m just Wow because the staff was so helpful. Jasneet in reception treated me so well that I couldn’t stop thinking about it even after I checked out. Such a young handsome lad showcasing the best of customer service.

Jasneet at the hotel reception was really helpful when I checked in. He made the process very smooth and I felt really welcome. He was also happy to deal with any queries I had during my stay at the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel in a convenient location. The check in was very efficient thanks to Asher and Jasneet who made us feel welcome and at home. Very friendly and professional.
